Payouts

If everything is safely received and we won't get a complaint, your money will be transferred to your bank account.

• DIY items: within 1-2 weeks after the buyer received their item(s).
• Premium items: 2-3 weeks after the buyer received their item (due to offical return policy).

Please note: Make sure your bank details are complete and verified, otherwise we unfortunately cannot pay you.

Mangopay

Our secured payment provider ("Mangopay") requests identification of all account holders. Therefore we ask for a copy of your official ID: passport, identity card or driver's license (please note: front & backside of a driver's license are required). We won't store this information, but will send it directly over a secured connection to our payment provider. Your ID won't be visible for visitors of the website, you can choose to sell anonymous.

Verifying this information helps us to make our community a safer place for everyone. Only verified sellers can sell and receive payments via The Next Closet.
